Kelsea Watson

Sr. Director of Membership

Kelsea Watson, CAE, is the senior director of membership and marketing at the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS), where she leads member engagement and programming. With a background in association management and fundraising, she excels in collaborative environments and drives revenue growth. A 2023 ASAE NextGen Scholar and 2024 ASAE Future Leader Scholarship recipient, Kelsea earned her CAE in 2025. She is a James Madison University graduate and current MBA student at UNC Greensboro. Kelsea resides in Raleigh, NC, with her husband and husky, and serves on the board of the Really Terrible Orchestra of the Triangle.
